Our Story
Sammies started as a roadside fix for the best fish and chips in Grey Highlands — affordable, generous, and made the way it should be. Fresh pollock, a batter we mix ourselves, chips cut from whole potatoes. Made by the original cook from Riverside in Durham.
Fish & Chips
Hand-battered pollock, golden and crispy, served with fresh-cut chips and a side of tartar sauce. Made to order every time.
